Postoperative Distal Sciatic Nerve Block

A juvenile patient underwent a complex foot osteomy. Postoperative pain management required the administration of a single-injection distal sciatic nerve block. Ultrasound guidance during needle placement was required to ensure a quick, atraumatic punctur
